Rang Retractors
For innominate osteotomy
The RANG RETRACTORS were developed by Dr. Mercer Rang specifically for the Innominate (Salter) osteotomy procedure.
The retractors are used as a pair with overlapping concave tips which provide a completely stable and safe passage of the Gigli saw protecting surrounding tissue and neurovascular structures.
In cooperation with prominent hip surgeons, Jantek Engineering, Inc. has refined and perfected the original design into a single piece of high quality stainless steel construction which is easily cleaned and sterilized.
The design also incorporates universal dimensioning such that a single size may be used for all patients.
